Who We Are?
Sayeret Matkal
IDF’s most Elite unit, known for its daring, innovative, determination, courage, and outstanding professionalism. Since its early days, the unit has operated far beyond Israel’s borders, executing clandestine operations that ensure Israel’s safety and existence. All of the Unit’s operations are considered top secret and will remain so for years to come.

Nonprofit Alumni Association of Sayeret Matkal. We have more than 1,200 highly motivated ex-Sayeret Matkal Israelis who want to bring the passion and dedication, as well the methodology and professionalism gained with sweat and blood, to educate and mentor youth and young adults in diverse and challenging communities across Israel.

What We Do
For the unit
Our organization provides mental support for our fighters’, veterans’, and reservists’ families, Mental therapy for PTSDs Unit’s members, programs and scholarships for our Unit’s veterans in order to assist them in succeeding in Israeli society, and memorialization of our fallen members.
For the Israeli Society
Misdar’s volunteers are spreaded throughout the social and geographical periphery of Israel, mentoring and guiding youth and young adults in different ways,
in order to strengthen their spirit and build their resilience, so that they could break the glass ceiling of Israel’s society.
